Parish Council
The Parish Council meets at 7.15pm once a month, normally on the second Monday at Gamston Village Hall, Old Tollerton Road, except for in August when there is no meeting.
Also once during a year (July) the meeting is held in St Edmunds Church at Holme Pierrepont. There is no meeting In August.
The topics covered during a Parish Council meeting include the parish finances, any planning applications and any events that may effect the local community.
There is representation at each meeting from Rushcliffe Borough Council.
The event is a public meeting and anyone is welcome to attend.
As this is an official Parish Council meeting, minutes of discussions are taken and once approved are available for public scrutiny.
